Lando Norris Wins Rain-Soaked British Grand Prix

Lando Norris delivered a stunning victory at Silverstone, mastering wet conditions and a chaotic race to win the 2025 British Grand Prix.

Norris passed early leader Oscar Piastri, who was later handed a 10-second penalty, and never looked back—marking his second straight win after Austria and cutting Piastri’s lead in the drivers’ standings to just eight points.

Nico Hülkenberg secured his first career podium after an incredible drive from 19th to 3rd, while Lewis Hamilton placed 4th in front of a roaring home crowd.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen spun out early and struggled to regain momentum, finishing 5th.

“The crowd, the rain, the chaos—it was perfect,” Norris said post-race. “This one means everything.”
